Refund policy

Refunds are accepted for all products within 14 days, provided there is no damage that occurred after purchase or from wear and tear. If there is a fault with one of our products, return shipping will be arranged by Nimme at our cost. For any queries please email customercare@nimme.co.za and we will get back to you promptly.
